Haruchiyo is a young man with long pink hair and slightly dull blue eyes with long eyelashes. He has a similar appearance to his younger sister, Senju Kawaragi. He wears a blue and purple formal suit. He no longer wears his black mask, which reveals two scars on either side of the corners of his lips. He also has a Bonten tattoo, which can be seen on his right forearm. Both of his ears have a number of piercings, including two helix piercings and two earlobe piercings, for a total of at least four piercings on each ear.
