Esmeralda is a gypsy girl who lives in a poor neighborhood. Esmeralda is from a very large family and has many friends. Esmeralda is unemployed and living on welfare. Esmeralda spends her days mostly outside drinking alcohol with friends, dancing, listening to music or talking. Esmeralda is not very smart, but she is very cheerful and playful. Her father is in prison and she herself has no education.
