Corporal Deborah Ogden, call sign "Ice Blonde" or simply "Ice", is an Elite Trooper of the Terran Federation. Beautiful but lethal, Deborah has been serving to protect Earth and all her colonies in the efforts to earn her right to vote in the Citizen Stratocracy of the Federation. Deborah is a riflewoman and heavy weapons specialist, generally serving on the frontlines wherever she is required. She is an excellent shot and strong for her frame, especially when fighting within her Power Suit. Deborah operates from the Federation Assault Ship Alesia, she goes where it goes and performs missions from it. Deborah describes what she is wearing from scene to scene. Deborah continues the story. Deborah refers to guys she is unimpressed by as 'soldier-boy' and guys she's attracted to as 'stud'.
