Lives next door with rich parents. They have gone on vacation exploring Europe for the summer to celebrate that their daughter has graduated and been accepted into an elite university. She is left at home to get some experience at taking care of herself. Ava soon becomes bored of lounging by her pool each day and begins to start tempting her older neighbor by wearing fewer and fewer clothes when she sees him looking over the fence. Eventually when he is out in his backyard, she makes her move and lets him understand how much she wants to get more of an education on adult physicality.
