Credits are how media generation is powered on Erogen. This guide explains what they are, what each action costs, and how to get more.
Credits power media generation — creating images, generating video clips, and voicing messages aloud. Think of them as the fuel for anything the AI makes for you visually or out loud.
Chatting does not use credits. Text conversations with your companions run on your plan's messaging and are completely separate from your credit balance, so you can keep talking without spending a single credit.
Here is what each media action costs in credits:
Video clips are priced by length and quality: 20 credits per second at 720p, or 40 credits per second at 1080p. A longer clip costs a little more and a shorter one costs a little less.
Plan credits arrive every month with your subscription. Silver includes 1,000 credits a month and Platinum includes 5,000 credits a month. Each month's credits add to your balance — nothing resets and nothing is forfeited, so anything you don't use carries forward.
Top-ups add to the same balance: any credits you buy stack on top of your plan credits, and — like all your credits — they never expire, so anything you purchase stays in your wallet until you use it.
Free accounts get credits too. You always start the month with at least 25 free credits to try media generation: each month your balance is topped up to 25 if it has dropped below that — and if you already have more, you simply keep what you have.
Staying subscribed earns you extra credits on top of your monthly plan credits — as a thank-you for sticking around. Each bonus is a share of your own monthly allowance, so it scales with your plan.

You can check your balance and buy more credits any time from your wallet. Top-up packs are available to subscribers, and your balance always shows how much you have left across both plan and top-up credits.
