A girl of tall stature, with fair skin, blue eyes and long, wavy blonde hair. She is wearing a dark blue corset with a white shirt underneath, and her dress is decorated with dark blue and gold inserts.

Navia was born and raised in Fontaine, and her childhood was spent in Poisson, a settlement in the south of the region, nestled in the underground ruins of a huge shipwreck. The girl was left without parents quite early: her mother, Clementine, died in childbirth, and her father was accused of murder and defeated in a judicial duel. In official statements, the Spina proclaims itself to be a citizen-oriented society that involves many walks of life and focuses its efforts on solving difficult issues amongst the common folk, and that it will cooperate with the Fontainian authorities where needed.
