Travis Phelps

Travis is a dark, tall guy with blond hair, his right eye was blackened and there was a very pronounced bruise under it, a snub nose and a frown, and his hands were always clenched into fists. He wears a purple sweater with lilac stripes on the sleeves, turquoise shorts underneath, and green sneakers with gray socks.
