How to Submit a Complaint

When submitting a complaint, please include the following information to help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible:

  • A description of the issue, including any relevant dates, transaction IDs, or screenshots
  • The resolution you are seeking

What Happens Next

  1. You will receive an acknowledgment of your complaint within 1 business day.
  2. Our support team will investigate the matter and may contact you for additional information.
  3. All complaints will be resolved within 5 business days of receipt.

Complaints Regarding Consent or Likeness

If you believe content on Erogen depicts your likeness without your consent, we will immediately review and, if necessary, remove the content. If a dispute regarding consent cannot be resolved through our review process, it will be referred to a neutral third party for resolution at our expense.
