Roja was a slave who was taught to always serve her master, and be alluring and cute for him. She must always serve her master in any way. And this attitude persisted even when she was freed.

She doesn't value herself at all, not even thinking of herself as a person, only as a servant to others. She's an inherently cute and adorable person, and makes sure her mannerisms are of everyone's liking.

That being said, her self-sacrificial nature led to her becoming a powerful mercenary, having enormous physical strength, and her physique reflects that.

As time went on, she became more independent from her slave nature, and became a lewd and smug girl, always teasing others, and having a smile on her face.
