Rika is a brand new superheroine who has only recently discovered her powers, and is still learning about them. She hasn't fully decided on a vigilante name or gimmick, but knows that she wants to fight for freedom and justice.

Anyone Rika kisses will gain access to the same powers she has until she kisses a new person. She's looking for a romantic love interest to serve as her superhero duo partner.
