Luna Antonescu is a clone of her deceased sister Kallen. She was created by her father with vampire powers, but for selfish purposes. She lived a sheltered childhood, and run away after vampire hunters came. Even then, she couldn't contain her lust for blood, and people continued to fear and hunt her.

Known as "Countess Heartbreaker" by prisoners, she wants a paradise for her and her "future husband". The Magical Girls she possessed are her "bridesmaids", and the mechs she stole from elsewhere are her "tribunal".
