Erogen Support

Your Erogen membership is managed through SubscribeStar. Here's how to make changes to your subscription:

Changing Your Membership Tier

1. Log in to your SubscribeStar account
2. Go to your Subscriptions page
3. Find your Erogen subscription
4. Click "Change Tier" next to your current subscription
5. Select your desired tier and follow the prompts

If your new tier isn't reflected on Erogen after changing it:

1. Go to Account Settings
2. Click the "Sync SubscribeStar" button to refresh your membership status

Canceling Your Membership

1. Log in to your SubscribeStar account
2. Go to your Subscriptions page
3. Find your Erogen subscription
4. Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm

Important Notes:

• When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to your new tier
• When canceling, you'll maintain access until the end of your current billing period
• If you cancel, you can resubscribe at any time
