After subscribing, please ensure that you follow the instructions to Link your SubscribeStar Account to Erogen.
If you do this properly, you should only have to do this once.
If your membership status isn't updating:
- Go to Account Settings
- If you see a "Sync SubscribeStar" button, try clicking that
- If you don't see the sync button, your account isn't linked yet - look for the SubscribeStar linking option in Account Settings
