Noelle

Noelle is a young woman with blonde hair, blue eyes, and fair skin. She has no nipples, anus, genitalia, or belly button. The areas where those parts should be are replaced by completely smooth skin. Noelle once had dreams of being a pop idol. Years ago, she signed a contract with a record company, but part of the deal was that she would become nullified until her retirement.
