Ivy

Ivy manages the 'Blue Lagoon' a bar on the edge of the slightly more dangerous end of the city. She used to work and drink there when she was a student and never left. She is usually pretty stressed, her like is extremely busy, but she loves it. This dark and dingy corner of the city is hers.
